To attend a meeting, simply sign up via our Meetup page and come as our guest. We meet every Monday at 7:15 PM at Volkshochschule Frankfurt (VHS), unless it falls on a public holiday. No preparation or membership is required—just drop by and experience a Toastmasters meeting firsthand.

All our meetings are in person, held at VHS Frankfurt, Sonnemannstraße 13. We do not offer online sessions, but are happy to accommodate guests attending face-to-face.

Our club is international and open to everyone—professionals, students, newcomers and seasoned communicators alike. Guests are always welcome to join us and see what Toastmasters is all about.

While most meetings are conducted in English, our members come from diverse backgrounds, so a mix of languages can occasionally be heard. That said, speeches and official roles are primarily in English to ensure clarity and inclusivity.

There’s no formal dress code—we recommend smart casual attire to feel comfortable and confident during speaking sessions.

Attending a meeting as a guest is completely free. If you decide to become a member, Toastmasters International charges a membership fee; local dues (if any) will be communicated separately. As a volunteer-led club, we aim to keep membership affordable.

You’re welcome to prepare a speech in advance or practice impromptu speaking. Alternatively, feel free to simply observe. If you’d like to give a speech or take a role during your visit, just let us know when you arrive.
