Provides overall leadership, represents the club, inspires members, and ensures every meeting runs smoothly while fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
Vice President of Education
Coordinates meeting agendas, schedules speeches, and supports members’ progress on educational paths through guidance, encouragement, and structured planning.
Vice President Membership
Welcomes guests warmly, assists new members with joining, and helps strengthen the club’s community through ongoing support and engagement.
Vice President of Public Relations
Promotes the club externally, manages communication channels, and builds visibility through announcements, social media, and public outreach activities.
Secretary
Keeps accurate records, maintains essential club documents, and ensures smooth communication between members, officers, and Toastmasters International.
Treasurer
Manages club finances responsibly, collects membership dues, prepares reports, and ensures the financial health and stability of the organization
Sergeant at Arms
Prepares the meeting room, manages logistics and equipment, ensures order, and provides a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Immediate Past President
Advises and supports the current board, offering valuable experience, continuity, and guidance to ensure the club’s ongoing success.
